Located on beautiful Whidbey Island, Gift Enclosure Cards is a wholesale distributor of cards to wine shops and vineyards, gourmet groceries, florists, galleries, card, gift and specialty shops. These gift enclosures are based on artist Janice Coffey's hand painted and stitched cotton and silk art work.
